Kym has been a fitness enthusiast most of her life taking her to a full time career path in the fitness industry since 1987. After receiving a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition through the International Correspondence Schools in 1996 she then became a Certified Studio Cycle Instructor through Keiser and Reebok, and a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) in 1998. Later the same year she completed her training in Professional Club Management through IRHSA. In 2001, after pursuing a yoga practice to ease a back injury she became a certified Power Yoga Instructor through YogaFit continuing to complete her level 2 training in 2002. In 2005, following her passions for yoga she graduated from Lotus Palm as a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner and in 2006,  completed teacher traning with Baron Baptiste.  Kym leads a very active lifestyle including competing in a local Body Building and Ms. Fitness Competitions. She enjoys weight training, yoga and road cycling on her Trek Madone.  Her most recent endeavor is receiving her Zumba instructor certification.

Dr Kathy Fulcher is a nutrition and exercise consultant. Her qualifications include a Doctorate in Clinical Exercise Physiology, a Masters in Nutrition and Sports Science, BSc in Biochemistry and Pharmacology. She has many years and a diversity of experience in health, sports and nutrition in Ireland and the U.K. Previously as Director of the Human Performance Unit at the National Sports Medicine Institute in London, Kathy was involved in the monitoring and training of a range of Olympic squads, as well as a diversity of research in clinical exercise therapy and nutrition. She also acted as a consultant for Weight Watchers and on many exercise videos, presented on National TV and Radio programmes in the UK and Ireland, and contributed regularly to health & fitness magazines.

She has presented and published widely on a range of exercise, nutrition and health related topics in medical ad scientific journals and her book Fit for Sport was published in 1997 with the second edition Your Personal Trainer published in 2002.

Sivananda trained and qualified, Natalie Card has a Yoga practice spanning 13 years drawing from many influences and styles.  Gaining her 200 hour Yoga teaching certification in 2003, she went on to further her studies with an additional five months of teacher training through the Shadow School of Yoga in 2004.  Drawing from her background in dance, Natalie mainly teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is a dynamic and at times physically challenging style where movement is synchronized with the breath and a series of poses are linked in a constant flow.  Natalie welcomes beginners through to advanced level practitioners.

Since qualifying with a Premier Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy Diploma, Kirsty has been working in the Fitness Industry since February 2005, where she started her career as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with David Lloyd Leisure in West Sussex, United Kingdom.  Since then, she has culminated qualifications such as NASM CPT Level 3, NASM Advanced Level 3 in Junior Athletic Conditioning, NASM Pre-Natal , NASM Older Adult, YMCA Keiser Group Cycling, YMCA Aqua Aerobics, YMCA Step,  Power Plate, and most recently Zumba Fitness Basics Level 1, Zumba Basics Level 2 and Zumba Toning.

She has been passionate about fitness all of her life. Having severe asthma since the age of 2,  she was encouraged to participate in many sports to build strength in her lungs.  This lead to her joining a local ITF TaeKwonDo club, which she continued for the next 12 years.  Kirsty gained her 1st Degree Black Belt in October 2005, and has gained a Certification in Assistant Instruction.  She hopes to run her own school in the future. Besides teaching many classes, Kirsty loves to Weight Train and Run in her own time. She is a huge advocate for the benefits of Weight Training, and more specifically Integrated Training that focuses on Postural Alignment.

Kirsty is very passionate about Health and Wellness, and strives to educate/motivate individuals on how to change their current lifestyles, improve fitness and weight management, and generally improve quality of life.

Wayne has been certified to teach spinning since 2000 and has taught in Florida and Bermuda.  An ex Category 1 rider, Florida State champion and Bermuda national champion, he brings a wealth of cycling experience to the class.

As a Maintenance Supervisor at The Athletic Club Bill is responsible for the maintenance of all the equipment. He has worked for The Athletic Club for 4 years and is a very appreciated person.

To work out has always been a natural part of his life. "It is a way of living, as natural as breathing." He enjoys the mixture of working out at the gym and to exercise outdoors.
